GREEN: The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission recommended last week council accept an amended general development plan for 36.2 acres of the 63.1-acre planned development district on the west side of South Arlington Road, south of East Nimisila Road, the site of the former Pine Valley Lake Park.

The change would permit construction of three single-family residences on the 36.2 acres.

Also sent to council for acceptance of a favorable recommendation by the PZC was the final plat of Phase 2 of the Diamond Shores Allotment at the west end of Jarvis Road.

Approval would permit creation of a 9,418 square-foot lakefront lot on the north side of the existing Bayview Terrace and Blocks A and B, which would be transferred to the existing condominium/homeowner’s associations.
